Want a couple costume that’s inexpensive, not too difficult, and makes an impact?
Barbie and Ken are perfect! You can wear your own clothes or something found at the thrift store and then add Barbie and Ken wigs. Everyone will get the idea, especially if you two are a matching set. Think Malibu Barbie and surfer Ken or princess Barbie and prince Ken. For Barbie, don’t forget the pink pumps! A pink vinyl purse would also be a fun accessory.
Make it a fun group costume by adding more characters from the Barbie world – Theresa, Midge, Skipper, Christine – or go as the My Scene Barbie girls or Bratz dolls.
